Don’t have health insurance or just lost your Medicaid coverage?

Meet with a BeWell certified assister in Farmington to get answers to your health insurance questions and help finding and enrolling in a plan – for free. They are available December 20th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Carlsbad Community of Hope Center. Walk-ins are welcome and appointments are not required.

Verify your Medicaid Eligibility Status
