Evolve 2026

BeWell issued a request for proposals (RFP) in early 2024 for an Individual Marketplace Solution and Contact Center services to replace our current platform. This system handles eligibility, enrollment and much more. It’s the core software platform for the Marketplace. 

We are pleased to announce we have selected GetInsured to move forward with this project.  GetInsured is a leading company in the health insurance marketplace technology space, already hosting and maintaining individual marketplaces in eight states. 

We will engage key stakeholders at multiple points in the project and have had open and transparent communications with our partners at The Office of Superintendent of Insurance, the New Mexico Human Services Department and Health Care Authority.
