Join BeWell at Running Medicine’s Opening Ceremony on April 5th at Los Poblanos Open Space at 8 AM.
Running Medicine is a community-focused program that uses the power of running and exercise to promote health and wellness within Indigenous communities. People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome, making this event a perfect opportunity to build community and get your fitness on!
