We are dedicated to supporting our community of assisters and invite you to explore two options to join our Assistance Network.
Trained and licensed insurance professionals, such as agents and brokers, can help recommend plans offered on the BeWell marketplace that meet the health needs and budgets of residents across the state. They can also assist with the enrollment application for BeWell. Brokers and agents are partners in health and their services are always free.
Enrollment counselors operate in various locations, such as hospitals, clinics and schools. Unlike agents and brokers, they don’t endorse specific plans but rather present the options available through BeWell and guide people through the enrollment process. Their goal is to ensure applicants have the information needed to make informed decisions about their health insurance.
We are not accepting any PY25 Certified Assister Training requests at this time. We will resume PY25 Certified Assister training requests on January 16th, 2025. Please consider re-submitting your request at this time.
