We are excited to announce a better BeWell! This new look and feel to our eligibility and enrollment platform and customer portal isn’t just pretty, it’s centered around you and making it easier than ever to shop for plans, enroll and manage your account.
If you currently have coverage through BeWell, you will need to log in and make sure your profile information is up to date. You will also be receiving a notice about your health insurance coverage for 2026 in a couple of months. Be on the lookout for an email that will contain your access code to log into the new system and claim your account. You will need to create a new username and password, but your updated account information will already be loaded in the system.
Be on the lookout for an envelope from us in late October.
Open enrollment begins November 1st! You can select, apply, enroll or change plans at that time. We always encourage customers to connect with a certified assister who can do the work for you! This free service is catered to you. Find an assister in your area and book an appointment now!
As BeWell works to help New Mexicans get covered, you may see more emails and texts from us. Unfortunately, this is also a time when scammers may try to copy our messages.

Before you apply for coverage, you can see the health and/or dental insurance plans available. Determine whether you need coverage for 2025 or 2026.
