Health Insurance for People with Low Incomes

You May Be Able to Enroll at Any Time

If your household income is below 200% of the federal poverty level (FPL) and you aren’t eligible for Medicaid or the Children’s Health Insurance Program, you can enroll in a health insurance plan with BeWell at any time. You do not need to wait for the Open Enrollment period.

Below are a few examples of income less than 200% of the federal poverty level.

  1. A single person who makes less than $30,120 a year
  2. A family of 3 that makes less than $51,640 a year
