BeWell provides health insurance options for those who do not qualify for Medicaid, Medicare, or insurance through an employer. BeWell and Medicaid both use the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) to determine eligibility, along with factors such as income and household size.
The chart below is intended to help you understand which coverage you may be eligible based on the 2026 Federal Poverty Levels. Please note that Medicaid coverage options differ for adults and children.

- Turquoise Plans – Savings on out-of-pocket costs
- Medicaid Transition Premium Relief – Covers the first month’s premium
- Native American Premium Assistance – Enhanced savings for Native Americans
Special Benefits for Native Americans:
- No copays, deductibles or coinsurance for incomes under 300% of the FPL when using IHS or Tribal Health Care centers.
- No referrals needed from IHS for no-cost sharing plans
- No-cost or limited cost-sharing plans
- Year-round enrollment
