New Mexico’s Health Insurance Marketplace, also known as BeWell, complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Accessibility

BeWell provides free support and services to individuals with disabilities to ensure they can get the information they need to access health insurance coverage through BeWell.

Specifically, BeWell provides:

  • Free auxiliary aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats)
  • Free language assistance services to people whose primary language is not English, such as qualified interpreters and information written in other languages (see page 2).
